What you will be doing: We currently have a need for a Full Time Leasing Professional. In this role, you will manage the sales process from start-to-finish.  You will work with other members of the leasing team to create and build relationships with potential residents, conduct property tours, and find new & exciting ways to market your property. You will also assist the property manager with resident relations; including, but not limited to, assisting with the application and move-in process, any issues the residents might have while living with us, and conducting lease renewals. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues that our residents encounter including - HVAC, general appliance work, carpentry, and plumbing.   You will work with the members of the maintenance team to ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws. Summary:  The Senior IT Deskside Analyst reports directly to the IT Deskside Manager and is responsible for the support, maintenance and installation of hardware and software at our remote offices. The analyst will have experience providing technical assistance by diagnosing and troubleshooting a full range of IT-related issues including software, hardware, and networking. This role will support our Corporate office as well as our Rochester region with the travel for in person support being about 75% and as far as Syracuse.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. - Maintain, support, and troubleshoot network devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, faxes, switches, routers, modems, patch panels, wiring, etc. - Maintain and support with best effort any and all ancillary systems such as key fobs, gate systems, security cameras, and other internet connected property devices. - Maintain IT Department standards for each office. Ensure that every office is set up with standard configuration and all components are functioning correctly. All networking equipment is present and operational. - Provide timely support assisting end users with software and hardware issues. - Install new equipment and remove old equipment. - Maintain appearance of computer equipment, wiring and networking components. - Help with equipment moves and relocation of IT equipment. - Assist with acquisitions of new properties. - Provide second level support/training to first level help desk. - This position requires day travel for onsite assistance when needed.   Requirements and Desired Skills - Bachelor's degree (B.
