What you will be doing: We are currently looking for a hard-working and customer service minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill a Maintenance Technician need at our properties. What you will be doing: We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 417 Unit community meet both company standards and applicable laws. As the Assistant Maintenance Manager you will help to: - Manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs. - Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair.  - Be Accountable for establishing and preparing a 24 hour on-call schedule for your team, and you must personally be available, at all times, in the event of snow, ice or other on-site emergencies. - Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials. - Establish an on-call schedule, preventive maintenance schedule, make ready schedule and general work order schedule for team. - Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units. - Complete tasks as assigned by the Service Manager. What you will be doing:   The Leasing Manager supervises a staff of leasing consultants and is responsible for developing and implementing leasing plans to attract new residents and retain current residents.  He/She will be accountable for training staff, budgeting, scheduling, and managing personnel matters and service issues with residents and prospects. Summary:  The Senior IT Deskside Analyst reports directly to the IT Deskside Manager and is responsible for the support, maintenance and installation of hardware and software at our remote offices. The analyst will have experience providing technical assistance by diagnosing and troubleshooting a full range of IT-related issues including software, hardware, and networking. Do you have a dynamic personality and enjoy working with people?   As a Property Management Intern you will: - Working closely with the property management and leasing consultants observing the sales process from start to finish: showing our apartments, overcoming objections, providing solutions, building relationships and creating excitement. - Assist in guiding residents through the move in process by conducting property tours, answering questions, and assisting in the application process. - Observe and perform tasks associated with the operation of the property including maintenance of resident information systems and resident files. - Learn how we maintain the financial records of apartment community.  This includes verification and allocation of business transactions. - Have an opportunity to meet with and learn from corporate officers and leaders within the organization   Additional responsibilities may include: - Assist the Manager with collection and processing of payments and purchase orders. - Assist with creating monthly reports including renewals, rents, leasing, resident retention programs and maintenance. - Assist in validating prospect/resident rental eligibility using designated background verification process. - Assist in the follow up of delinquencies. - Assist in scheduling appointments. - Review and check accuracy of resident information. - Assist with marketing and follow up of the leasing team unit inspections, thank you notes, approval letters, phone calls and lease signing schedules.
