What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Service Manager with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the community meet both the company standards and applicable laws. As the maintenance supervisor, you will manage, develop, and mentor your team in diagnosing problems and making repairs. You will provide expert knowledge and trouble-shooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair. Additionally, you will be accountable for establishing and preparing a 24 hour on-call schedule for your team, and you must personally be available at all times in the event of snow and ice or other on-site emergencies.

What you will be doing:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of their assigned property under the direction of the Property Manager. They perform tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance. May have supervisory responsibilities.
What we’ll expect from you:
- Assist the Manager with collection and processing of all payments and purchase orders.
- Assist with creating monthly reports including but not limited renewals, rents, leasing, resident retention programs and maintenance.
- Assist in validating prospect/resident rental eligibility using designated background verification process.
- Responsible for attending staff meetings and taking minutes of the meeting if necessary.
- Build relationships with vendors and handle vendor statements for correct billing.

Summary:
The Senior IT Deskside Analyst reports directly to the IT Deskside Manager and is responsible for the support, maintenance and installation of hardware and software at our remote offices. The analyst will have experience providing technical assistance by diagnosing and troubleshooting a full range of IT-related issues including software, hardware, and networking. This role will support our Pittsburgh, PA and Columbus, OH regions with the travel for in person support being about 75%.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain, support, and troubleshoot network devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, faxes, switches, routers, modems, patch panels, wiring, etc.
- Maintain and support with best effort any and all ancillary systems such as key fobs, gate systems, security cameras, and other internet connected property devices.
- Maintain IT Department standards for each office. Ensure that every office is set up with standard configuration and all components are functioning correctly. All networking equipment is present and operational.
- Provide timely support assisting end users with software and hardware issues.
- Install new equipment and remove old equipment.
- Maintain appearance of computer equipment, wiring and networking components.
- Help with equipment moves and relocation of IT equipment.
- Assist with acquisitions of new properties.
- Provide second level support/training to first level help desk.
- This position requires day travel for onsite assistance when needed.
Requirements and Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience providing support for both hardware and software issues
- Experience with MS Windows in an Active Directory domain environment
- Basic network troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

This is a paid, in-person internship starting on May 28th and ending August 9th with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
What you will be doing:
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and possess the desired skills for various positions.
- Perform initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, qualifications, and fit for the role and company culture.
- Interview Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews, including coordinating times with candidates and the interviewing team, ensuring all parties have the necessary information and resources.
- Provide logistical support for interview days, including preparing interview materials and ensuring technology setup for virtual interviews is operational.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and new hire documentation.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in compiling and organizing data for reporting purposes, such as tracking candidate flow, source effectiveness, and recruitment metrics.
- Recruitment Projects:
- Participate in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process, such as developing job descriptions, enhancing employer branding, and implementing new recruitment technologies or strategies.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of a ‘TA Binder’; an internal document aimed at consolidating various TA processes and resources into one place.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in the clearing of new hires and learn about pre-hire employment testing and regulations

What you will be doing:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of their assigned property under the direction of the Property Manager. They perform tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance. May have supervisory responsibilities.
What we’ll expect from you:
- Assist the Manager with collection and processing of all payments and purchase orders.
- Assist with creating monthly reports including but not limited renewals, rents, leasing, resident retention programs and maintenance.
- Assist in validating prospect/resident rental eligibility using designated background verification process.
- Responsible for attending staff meetings and taking minutes of the meeting if necessary.
- Build relationships with vendors and handle vendor statements for correct billing.

We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the community meet both the company standards and applicable laws. As the assistant maintenance supervisor, you will help to manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs.
