Summary: The AVP of Human Resources report to the VP of HR and will coordinate implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; provides guidance to the executive leadership team; and assists and advises company leaders about Human Resources issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support VP, HR Operations on critical and strategic HR programs, KPIs, key initiatives, analytics, data consolidation and reporting for internal and external meetings
