    What you will be doing:

    We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our growing company and manage all activities related to project construction contract administration, reports, change orders, and pay requests. This individual will be responsible for development and improvement of the contract administration process. Also, demonstrate a knowledge of both design and construction including knowledge of codes, construction processes, and service contracts. Successful candidate will possess good organizational and communication skills and have experience working in both individual and team environments cultivating teamwork and establishing relationships.


    What we’ll expect from you:

    • Understand and review all contract documents
    • Preparation of contracts and purchase orders, securing pricing, preparing the scope of work, and preparation of payment
    • Completion of all contract compliance documentation
    • Send out Contracts and follow up, ensure contractor and contract compliance
    • Contact subcontractors for any outstanding contract and insurance items
    • Ensures all documents are stored according to company policy, maintain detailed and organized files
    • Maintains and tracks contracts and insurance policy information
    • Generate and maintain reports

    Qualifications:  

    • 2+ years’ experience in Contract Administration
    • Administrative and office management experience required
    • College degree preferred
    • Construction background preferred
    • Strong Computer Skills especially MS Office Suite and project management software
    • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional appearance and manner
