What you will be doing:

We are currently seeking an experienced trainer for our Operations Center. He/she will work in a highly collaborative environment to develop engaging and effective eLearning modules and coordinate vital training sessions.  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 year's corporate training experience preferably in learning and development, human resources, or organizational development.   • Design and develop interactive online courses centering around product knowledge and use of company software
  • Work in conjunction with vendors to to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory mandated training.
  • Work with Learning Management System to develop, administer, and continually enhance course content and system use
  • Prior work with an eLearning software system ( Captivate, Storyline), or other training software programs
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and managers to understand learning needs and develop high-impact solutions.
  • Prior work updating existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the Online Help platform
  • Gather training materials, including but not limited to: printing and copying documents, creating new hire binders, uploading documents to the Learning Management System
  • Script, film, and edit video for training


  • 1-3 years of related experience associated with learning and development, human resources, or organizational development required.
  • Strong design sense
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe preferred
  • Ability to follow lengthy oral and written instructions
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and concise with strong work ethics
  • Knowledge of home appliances preferred
  • High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge in Learning and Development space.
