This 18-month intensive Management Trainee Program is perfect for recent college graduates with excellent academic credentials. The program is intended to cultivate and enhance trainees' skills in property management, leadership, business operations, teamwork, problem solving, decision-making, customer service, communication, awareness, and presentation.


The Management Trainee Program is designed to build future leaders within the Company's operations department. This unique, multi-faceted training program will expose individuals to a wide variety of accelerated learning opportunities at numerous levels of the organization to develop them into well-rounded property management professionals. Trainees will work in five key areas of our business:

  • Management
  • Leasing/Marketing
  • Site Operations
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • Maintenance

The program consists of an 18-month rotational training schedule with opportunities to learn the overall responsibilities of property management and receive first-hand experience in managing a variety of properties with a focus on leadership and management development.



  • Recently Completed Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Participation in a college internship program
  • Ability to travel between and work out of multiple locations as needed
  • Desire to learn and grow within the property management industry, and an interest in taking on increasing responsibilities within the company
  • Strong sales aptitude and focus on providing current and prospective residents with exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel and Word
  • Flexibility to move amongst different projects
  • Logical thinking, process orientated
  • Creative in finding solutions
  • Fast learner, self-starter and hands-on
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
