What you will be doing:
As a member of the Asset Management team, this position provides administrative support for the day to day operations of this department. Additionally, this person will be solely responsible for preparing construction draw packages for properties and generating month-end and quarterly reports for our partner and lender requirements. We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Administrative Assistant with a passion for and interest in multiple aspects of the property management industry. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure our department is organized and operates efficiently. The Asset Management Assistant will report to the Vice President of Asset Management and will work at Morgan Properties corporate headquarters in King of Prussia, PA.
