Project Management Associate

Summary:

The Project Management Associate will provide support to the Project Management Team within the Asset Management department by assisting in the implementation, execution and tracking of business plans with a focus on renovations. They will direct written and verbal communications between Operations Teams and Contractors while actively problem solving to address any issues as they arise. Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of deliverables to lenders and investors of multifamily properties throughout the United States. This role requires strong project management, time management, analytical, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
