Summary: The Graphic Designer reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and will be a primary support resource for any creative requests throughout the organization. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a keen eye for detail.

This role can be based out of our Corporate offices in either Conshohocken, PA or Rochester, NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral following company’s brand guidelines (flyers, postcards, email, and social media design, web banners, Beautiful Ai templates, etc.)
• Design support/updates for templated projects
• Managing and organizing project files and image library
• Working with the web team for property photo organization
• Other duties may be assigned

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in creative arts or graphic Design
• 1-3 years of related experience required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Link to a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects created mainly in InDesign
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web
• Knowledge of basic animation is a plus
• Strong knowledge of current design trends

Salary range: $55,000-60,000//yr

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
